Scheduled Classes:
If you have interest with other members to have additional hours just let us know and we will make it happen. Personal training is available on off hours. Please see your coach or write us if you are interested.

Step 1:
To join CrossFit Legitimus we recommend that you come in and try a class for free. We offer this option during any of our scheduled hours but we prefer you to come in on our Saturday Free 9:00am class. This class will be best suited for someone who just wants to come in and get a feel for what it is about. It allows you to talk to experienced members and spend some time with our coach for questions and answers.
Step 2:
Sign Up! After you sign up we will discuss what class times work better for you. We may recommend the classes that don’t have as much traffic in them so you can get a more personal experience when you first start. If we see your movements need some extra care we will try to make some one on one time to cover some basics. We do offer personal training but 99.9% of our clients enjoy the group environment.
