March was a great month! The CrossFit Opens were a blast, so many of you hit PR’s! The commitment and dedication to your health and fitness is always evolving. Making fitness a priority is important to your overall health but also helps to keep you grounded, it reduces anxiety and frankly coming to class and working out with great people just boosts your happiness! The Committed Club member with the most visits in March was Daphna with 29! Way to go Daphna, you have made a commitment to yourself and I couldn’t be prouder of you! We had 15 people in the Committed Club.....everyone should have their name on the Committed club board, you all have some level of commitment!

Januarys Committed Club was the best one we have had in while! Keep it up! Lets add more names to the club for February!

Committed Club membership seems to be dwindling. Every member of Legitimus should be keeping track of their monthly visits on the Committed Club poster. The goal is get in at least 20 times. Commit to yourself, your health, your happiness. Make time for yourself. We are half way through the month of August. Everyone should claim a spot on the poster. Start recording your visits, you may surprise yourself!

I want to see you all in Committed Club. I know that it is summer and a lot of you are on vacation.
For the summer only you will be allowed to count the days that you workout while you are on vacation only if you send me what you did that day and a photo of you working out daily.
You can use an app to find WOD's, you can visit another Crossfit or Jenny will program travel WOD's for you for $5.00/WOD.
Please let me know if you will be working out while you are traveling for Committed Club credit.
