Energy Drinks- Bad!


Energy drinks sure are tasty but they are not Paleo!

They are full of processed crap and artificial sweeteners.

Your body responds to these just like sugar! They are addictive!

The Paleo energy drink of choice is WATER!

Eat an apple or some berries with it or have some lemon and lime in it.

Coconut water is okay, but still is a source of sugar. I would suggest using it only when going for a long haul otherwise water...water...water!

Or as our friend Max from IronWorks says, "Coffee, black, iced, hot or luke warm..coffee!"

This is all coming from a water hater, I drink it but don't really like it.
